Our factory is located in the City of Culiacan in Sinaloa Mexico. It is a 75,347 square foot facility with 12,755 feet of construction and has a production capacity of 14,000 units/pieces per day.
Construction began in 2014, with the goal to have certification and the capability to export our products around the world to share our culinary history. Our plant will be finished and ready to operate by the end of 2016.
